What does fear, self-pity, defeat, and despair have in common?

Fear is a habit; so is self-pity, defeat, anxiety, despair, hopelessness and resignation.

They are ALL habits that lower your energy and vibrations.

When you catch yourself in an emotion of fear, self-pity, defeat, or any of the above, stop and ask yourself:

“What do I really want to feel?”

From that point of awareness, make a conscious decision to pivot your thoughts and emotions towards what it is that you want to feel.
